Google AdWords conversion tracking (Google Inc.)

Conversion tracking from AdWords is an analysis service from Google Inc. that links the data from the Google AdWords advertising network with actions taken by this application.

This type of service enables interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly via this application. The interaction and the information collected via this application are always subject to the privacy settings made by the users for the respective social network. If a service for interaction with social networks is installed, it can collect data from the data traffic for the pages on which it is installed, even if users do not use the service.

 

Hubspot

We use the product HubSpot for our online marketing activities. This is an integrated software solution with which we cover various aspects of our online marketing. This includes  reporting (e.g. traffic sources or accesses), contact management (e.g. user segmentation & CRM), contact forms and membership declarations. This allows visitors to our website to learn more about our organization, download content and provide their contact information, including but not limited to their last name, first name, email address, postal address and phone number and/or mobile number and other demographic information. This information is stored on the servers of our software partner HubSpot. They can be used by us to get in touch with visitors to our website and to determine which projects of our organization are of interest to you. All information collected by us is subject to this privacy policy. We use all the information collected  to optimize our projects and marketing measures. HubSpot is a software company from the USA with a branch in Ireland. HubSpot is certified under the terms of the “EU – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework” and is subject to TRUSTe’s Privacy Seal and the “U.S. – Swiss Safe Harbor” Framework. We also use HubSpot on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses. We have also concluded a data processing agreement with HubSpot. This is a contract in which HubSpot undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process it on our behalf in accordance with its data protection regulations and, in particular, not to pass it on to third parties.

Zoom

The “Zoom” tool is used as part of live online services. Zoom is a video conferencing platform from Zoom Video Communications, Inc. based in the USA. Participants require an access that must be personalized. First name, surname and email address are registered via Zoom. We also link this data in Hubspot (see above). Interaction with external social networks and platforms

We provide you with links to social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) in various areas of our website. You can recognize them by the logo of the respective social media provider. When you use our website, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the social media platforms. Only when you click on these links will you be redirected to the website of the respective social media provider and then transmit personal data to the provider. By doing so, you leave our website and we have no influence whatsoever on the data collected and data processing procedures, nor are we aware of the full extent of the data collection, the purposes and the storage periods. If you click on such a link, the social media provider receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our online offering.
