What means of payment can I use?
When checking out via our website, you have the option of paying by credit card. For fee-based training courses, such as “Certified Scrum Master” for registered customers and for our Corporate Membership Program, we also offer the “purchase on account” option.
Can I claim a grant for the training?
Yes, there are different funding options depending on the country, federal state and your personal circumstances. Please understand that we cannot provide comprehensive information about the funding landscape in the various countries.
Can I transfer my membership?
No. Your membership is personalized and bound to you as a natural person from the moment you register with your name and email. Our aim is to accompany you on your learning journey towards your desired qualification. Any intentional misuse will result in the account being deactivated in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Membership as part of a Corporate Membership cannot be transferred either.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the community platform incl. of the included services remains valid until the end of the billing period (the period already paid for). The subscription is no longer automatically renewed.
What does "Lifetime" mean with the Single Option?
Access to the online courses you have purchased will remain available to you for as long as we operate the platform. If the course is moved to another platform, you will of course receive new access there with the same (or improved) content.
Is there an exam?
Yes, you can voluntarily test your knowledge and receive a certificate for doing so. This involves an online quiz where you have to answer about 30-50 questions, depending on the course. There is no time limit, but you have to answer 80% of the questions correctly. You can also repeat the test.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, you will receive a PDF certificate for each online course you successfully complete. In addition, the certificate can be verified via QR code on our website.
How do you get a “belt”?
For the Yellow Belt, it is sufficient to complete the individual online courses including the exam (quiz). Once you have completed all of them, you will automatically receive the yellow belt.
From the orange belt onwards, there is an additional exam (“belt exam”). For each belt grade achieved, you will receive an electronic badge in addition to the certificate.
You can easily share both via social media and both can be checked online.
